The Hound will take on The Mountain, overcome his fear of fire, kill his brother but die doing so.
Ned or Catelyn Stark will return. Melisandre will use the power of the Lord Of Light to bring them back.
Ser Davos will kill Melisandre in revenge for Shireen Baratheon. And Tyrion for the death of his son at the battle of the Blackwater. He's been biding his time. Nothing much has ever been made of his son's death by him.
Jaime will live up to his Kingslayer name and kill the Night King. Bronn will then kill Jaime for a load of money. Bronn as fun as he is is a treacherous bastard,
Cersei will die before her child is born, thus proving Maggy the frog's prophecy is true. Arya will do the deed. She has to tick one big name off her list in the final season and I've a feeling it will be Cersei.
Hodor will march on Winterfell as a White Walker. This is will horrible.
Theon will die saving his sister Yara from their uncle Euron. Hopefully Euron gets the show's goriest death.
Ser Jorah will go out like a champ for Daenerys. It's always been his destiny.
Varys will overthrow Daenerys when she goes too far in her quest for power. Her and Jon will go and live a quiet life as a freaky aunt/nephew couple.
Gendry will marry Sansa and they will both rule the Seven Kingdoms together.
