Superman 3. This may not be correct because it's the bones of 40 years ago but it's the one I remember. It was in a cinema in Birr that had a corrugated iron roof and seats on a slope so acute that if you fell you could roll downhill and right through the screen. The only scene I remember is a young boy injured in a cornfield, crying as a combine harvester rolled towards him. I was terrified. But then the man of steel swooped in and saved the day. My father and I cheered and my love of cinema was cemented.
Ah good times.
