One of my favourite film scenes ever and an all time great moment from Sylvester Stallone in a film that I believe is one of the best films of the 1990's.
Freddy Heflin is a sheriff in a small New Jersey town. He damaged his ear as a teenager saving a girl and it stopped him from becoming a cop. Freddy is a joke around town but an unforeseen event makes him step up and show what he's capable of. He's still in love with the girl he saved and she knows it and it breaks her heart.
