2. The next Bond. There's been talk of the next Bond being black. I've no issue with that at all. In fact I quite relish the idea of the right wing fanboys exploding with rage over even the idea of it happening. One name that has been touted is Idris Elba. He wouldn't be my number one choice. He's just too big. You'd never feel like he was in any bit of danger. I'd love to see Chiwetel Ejiofor in the part. He's a great actor. He has serious range. He's a charmer. He has an everyman look about him and he can do actiony stuff as we've seen in Four Brothers and Serenity.
Or Michael Fassbender. An Irish Bond rocked the part before so why not again? And he could help bring the films to Ireland. Imagine seeing 007 ripping up Dublin. Or Limerick!!
