Riki-Oh. The Story Of Ricky as it's known here. A chinese action movie/gorefest adapted from a Japanese manga. It is fucking nuts. Ricky, a superhuman chap is sent to a prison run by a corrupt warden and has to fight to survive. Things get bloody. Look at the gif below.
It's effects are so shoddy and over the top it can't be taken seriously. If you watch it watch the English audio version for some of the poor dubbing you'll ever come across. It all adds to the fun factor.
